Paul is the Managing Director of Lester Associates and has held that position since moving to Australia in 2007.

Prior to his move to Australia, Paul spent 17 years in Switzerland which saw him involved as a founding partner, in the realisation and growth of a specialist Business and IT solutions company, which at the time of its sale to Vedior/Randstad, was Switzerland’s most successful privately owned recruitment organisation.

Since joining Lester Associates 5 years ago Paul has restructured much of the business resulting in increased efficiencies and spread of product offering. More recently, in September of last year, Paul oversaw the sale of Lester Associates to Careers Multi List.
